The 1 to 1 session with Dr Margot Wells is an in-depth analysis of a performer's overall technique and body condition. The experience of a 1 to 1 training session is invaluable to performers. In one training session Margot can improve a performer's speed and power and - in turn - improve their overall sporting performance. Young and old are surprised at their improvement as they did not believe they could ever run faster.

A Follow up session must take place no more than 6 months after the initial First session.

There are 2 different types of 1 to 1 sessions with Dr Margot Wells. Both having a different benefit.

Running Technique

Running technique: by learning how to run makes the performer more efficient and faster immediately.


Warm up: by learning how to warm up efficiently prepares the performer mentally and physically for the session ahead.


Speed strength: by using the performer’s own body weight as resistance the strength circuit makes every muscle in the body ready to support the speed.


Power: by increasing power the performer improves pace off the mark as well as vertical power and speed.


Body Functionality: Body functionality increases balance, co – ordination, stability and lessen the chances of soft tissue injuries.

Speedball

 

A whole body resistance form of training that balances both sides of the body.

Sets up neuro muscular pathways far faster than is used when running fast.

Improves hand eye co – ordination.

Improves cardio vascular output.

Strengthens the whole body at speed.

Improves concentration.
