Qualifications

  • CYQ Level 3 personal training, Training room certificate (Spinning, Gym based boxing, Sports nutrition, Circuit training)
     

Myles is a young Semi-Professional Rugby player, living in Ealing, West London. He has been playing rugby since he was 6 years old with Rosslyn Park, and has played there up until 2nd team level. Since then he has moved to Esher and now Staines.

He was introduced to Wellfast through training with Margot, and has presented on Wellfast courses, including the RFU course (2010).

He currently trains 5 individuals from his school 'old boys' team - the Old Priorians, and has done some coaching with the London Wasps and England Saxons scrum half Joe Simpson.
